pork roast recipe

Looking to do aa whole pork loin roast, maybe stuffing it, or might do
it on the rotisserie. Does the Costco pork loin roast stay moist. Let
me know some experiences and recipes. Thanks.
We did it again with a
pork roast, and Albany John added a little cider vinegar for some
punch. It was good, but obviously leaner than the previous rendition
with ribs. I felt like it could have used some bbq sauce, which
probably would

Wonderful, easy-to-make Chinese
barbequed pork. Recipe taken from Cooking Light. Great with brown rice
pilaf and steamed veggies. -- posted by Chef #622593.

While waiting I have put an apple cake in the oven. It's the Carolyne
Roehm recipe that Cindy @ My Romantic Home posted a few days ago. It's

Fresh and tangy yet sweet
enough to satisfy, this burnished red condiment pairs beguilingly with
turkey, ham, goose and duck. Save some for pork loin roast and chops,
too. -- posted by Olga Drozd.
