baking dish that I had been using as a general purpose baking sheet
was a jelly roll pan. It was much much bigger that the 11x15 that the
recipe called for so I only
Place cake on a rack over a jelly roll
pan. Smooth the filling (mousse) with a spatula dipped into hot water.
Pour all the COOLED but still pourable glaze ( recipe follows) over
the whole cake. Make sure the sides get covered too.
