recipe years ago. I wanted to serve a cold dish in place of a hot
vegetable at a dinner we were having. I've found most everyone likes
asparagus prepared this way.
This chickpea salad makes a great side
dish, or light lunch, and can be prepared in less than twenty
minutes.

Add pickles, onions, celery, eggs, mayonnaise and seasoning. Divide

the recipe looked easy enough so I decided to make it.
