chicken chili recipe

Tomorrow, I'll be making a variation on Johanna's White Chicken Chili.
I'm using drumsticks instead of thighs and slow cooking them with the
bone for additional flavor and thickness. I'll also be adding that can
of diced green chilies
On a cold day nothing will warm you, your
family, and your home better than a big pot of this killer chili! This
Mexican-inspired recipe by Joey Airman, the Emmy Award-winning TV host
of Bay Cafe, goes together fast.
This is a warm and harty chicken
chili that is made in a slow-cooker. Sara Lee Chef Catherine DeOrio
shared this recipe on the Today show and it looked perfect to have on
a cold wintery night. She served this chili in a sour dough bread

Actually,
if you think your co-workers could handle them, I'd recommend leaving
the chicken bones. Since you're cooking the chili slowly, there's
enough time for the bones to contribute some additional flavor and
thickness.
