low fat breakfast recipe

It doesn't take long for a platter of these doughnuts to vanish. Our
grandkids go for them in a big way! They're great for munching at
breakfast or brunch.
Carnation Instant Breakfast, Slimfast shake
(powder + milk or in a can) and a piece of fruit. It's cheaper to
purchase the power and make a shake yourself with low-fat or skim
milk. Bowl of cereal. Here's an oldie but a goodie!

Ann Fox in Austin, Texas came up with this breakfast recipe
that's easy, light, delicious and uses up the bananas and apples she
always has on hand.
