In Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, Mary Young dresses up a packaged
chocolate chip muffin mix with a few pantry staples. 'I love peanut
butter, so I added it to a muffin mix with a little honey,' she notes.
'My family loves the results.'
Dot grapefruit with butter, brown sugar
(or honey) butter and powdered clove. Fill centers with sherry. Brown
under broiler in very hot oven. (note: I typed this as it appeared..
maybe the second 'butter' was an error?)

This a fast,
easy, and delicious recipe that takes something ordinary like an
omelet and makes it a special treat. You can easily make it a little
healthier by using only egg whites, less/no butter, less sugar (or
substitute)and why
Also, if you would like a stronger flavoured
cookie, or would like to veganize this recipe, you are more than
welcome to use all molasses in place of the honey. The resulting
cookie will be much darker, however.) 3/4 cup softened butter

These rolls are similar to the refined plain white version found in
restaraunts. While warm they are delicious with honey butter and
wonderful for sandwiches the next day.
